Our Dutch lessons are all about speaking and real-life situations, so you can use Dutch in everyday conversations with confidence. In class, you’ll cheer each other on, pick up tips from one another’s questions (and slip-ups!), and maybe even walk away with new friends.

You don’t speak any Dutch yet? Then, this is the right course for you!
During this course, you will learn basic vocabulary on the following situations: introducing yourself and others, asking and answering questions about yourself and others, countries, languages, nationalities, family, looks, time, days, months, seasons, restaurants, food/drinks, fashion, colors, housing, prepositions of place, a visit to the GP. You will learn the Present Tense and the Past Simple, so e.g. you will be able to talk about what you did the previous weekend. In all our courses, you will practice all aspects of the language: speaking, listening, writing, and grammar.

After completing this course, your level of Dutch will be A1, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF).

visiting a bike store, education & hobbies, public transport, describing your plans for the future, giving and asking directions, giving your opinion, talking about places, traveling, cinema, visiting the gym, traveling by train, talking about daily habits at home. You will learn how to create more complicated sentences in Dutch and to talk about the past. In all our courses you will practise all aspects of the language: speaking, listening, writing and grammar.
To join this course, you need to have a basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
